Returns & Exchanges

Each Shimmy Shudder strap is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible, unused items.
To qualify for a return:

• The strap must be unused and in original condition (no signs of wear or attachment).

• The return must include all original packaging.

• You must contact us before sending your item back to receive return approval and instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your strap for a different design, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll guide you through the process — typically, you’ll return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their custom nature, straps with the optional Anti-Slip Grip cannot be returned or exchanged once applied.
Gift cards and sale/clearance items are also final sale.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to our studio.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Your order number

• The item name

• A brief note explaining the reason for return or exchange

We’ll respond promptly with next steps and the return address.
